Dear Parents & Carers
We are very excited announce that we will be participating in the Scholastic Book Fair!
On November 3rd, the book fair will arrive at Jennett's Park School. However, in order to keep everyone as safe as possible, we will not be able to invite parents into school this year to peruse our collection. Instead, we will be taking individual classes to visit the book fair, in morning and afternoon slots.
We are also offering parents the opportunity to view the pre-order form to pre-order books from Scholastic, which will be delivered when the book fair arrives. This is a great opportunity to purchase some wonderful texts, due to the fact that when the book fair arrives in school, we only have limited stock of the books on the shelves. On Friday, we will be able to send you a list of texts recommended for each year group too, that your class teachers feel the children will enjoy.
If you would like to pre-order books for the book fair, please either complete the order form, or email in with your order. Our preferred form of payment is either cash or cheques. However, details are provided if you would like to pay in gift vouchers. Orders must be placed by Thursday, October 22nd. Below, are each year group’s book recommendations, featuring titles that pupils will love to read! All the books listed are located on the pre-order form.
We really appreciate your efforts in making the book fair a success. Every year it has brought in a considerable income, which is spent on our library, and we do hope that despite the different circumstances, this continues.
