Dear Parents and Carers,
Due to the forecasted high temperatures of over 34°C on Friday, we have reviewed the school day to ensure the wellbeing of pupils and staff.
As a result, there will be an optional early collection time again of 12:45pm for all pupils on Friday. Any pupil collected at this time will have their absence authorised.
In addition, staff will be holding class transition meetings with next year’s teachers from 9:00am–12:00pm that morning. These meetings are an important part of ensuring a smooth and well-supported move for every child into their new class.
Therefore:
Class parties will be rescheduled to Monday afternoon. Please do not sent in food Friday.
Reports will be sent home on Friday, but will not be available before the 12:45pm collection time due to necessary administrative processes.
